If you ask me they are basically scoundrels that do not care about customer service one bit. This company has stopped responding to any emails and not willing to stand behind the products they sell. We have tried resolving this time and time again with photo proof of the differences from the one we have received and the pictures on their site as well as pictures from other customers that posted reviews of this light bleached pine console. ![]() Well we have many many lights on it and you could shine a spotlight on it but it doesn't change the fact that it is way darker than any pictures. The only response we received was that we need to look at the console in better light. I understand colors can vary slightly from piece to piece but this was absolutely night and day. What we received was a dark, completely different color. My wife and I ordered a console that was fairly expensive after looking at photos on the site as well as other customers of a bleached pine look. Buy Elsewhere!!! I have gone round and round with this sketchy company for some time with no assistance with their incompetent customer service team. We are happy to send out additional pictures or provide additional information to you ahead of time to make sure the piece is going to be perfect for your space.Horrible Company with the Poorest Service - Sad excuse. We are sorry the finish did not work out for you. It looks like you placed an order for a very large hand-made mirror from John Richard which was not returnable because of this reason. This means there is nothing left to package the item up in later and it is pretty much impossible to get a large piece of furniture back undamaged if it is not in its original packaging and on a pallet or crate. Once the item is delivered and signed for clear of damage however the delivery teams takes away all of the packaging material. This is service which we offer complimentary so the piece of furniture is not left in a huge crate or pallet at your door step. Yes, per our Returns Policy we do not offer returns on large freight items because most of them ship white glove delivery. The loop chair that you ordered will be delivered white glove delivery free of charge so you will be contacted by the local delivery agent to set up delivery for that once it gets to the local terminal and the books will ship FedEx ground. ![]() You will be called by someone from our customer service department if the eta is outside of the time frame quoted in the product description or if not and the item is shipping within the quoted time frame you will receive another email with the tracking information as soon as the order ships. If you would like a more specific eta or would like to confirm stock on an item before an order is placed we are happy to assist at any time. ![]() We give estimated shipping time frames on each product page right under the product pprice and then that same information populates for each product on the view cart page as well.
